## Module 1 — Creator Rewards Program Loophole

### Lesson 1 — The Loophole
- Core concept: **IP (intellectual property)**. YouTube enforces IP strictly; TikTok is relaxed. That's the whole gap.
- **If you're the first account to monetize a piece of content on TikTok via the Creator Rewards Program (CRP), your videos won't get flagged as unoriginal** — even though the podcast owns the content and has a bigger audience.
- Example: podcast **FOYE** — 28K YouTube subs, 43K TikTok followers, only account posting its own clips, but **every clip is under 1 minute**. CRP requires ≥1 min to monetize → nobody has the "seat" yet.
- Grow a page to 10K followers → join CRP → monetize that content first = you own the monetization rights on TikTok.
- ⚠️ **Caveat (not from the course):** this is the author's interpretation, not a documented TikTok policy. "Not getting flagged as duplicate" ≠ legally owning rights to someone else's podcast. The original owner can still file a copyright claim at any time. Prefer shows that welcome clipping with credit (see README Notes).

### Lesson 2 — Common Mistakes
1. **Confusing "big" with "taken."** A podcast posting its own sub-minute clips is still open. The real "taken" signal = **multiple accounts posting 1-min+ clips** of that content.
2. **Inconsistent source output.** Once-a-month podcasts give you nothing to clip. Weekly is ideal.
3. **Not checking clip length** before assuming the gap is closed. Under 1 min = open. 1 min+ = look elsewhere.
4. **Posting short clips.** 15–30 s clips perform, but don't earn. **Every clip must be ≥ 1 minute.**
5. **Moving too slow.** Being first is the strategy. Don't "plan" for two weeks.

### Lesson 3 — What To Look For ⭐ (the vetting checklist)
Run every candidate through all five:
1. **Existing minute-plus clips?** Search the podcast name on TikTok. Any 1-min+ clips up (by them or clippers) → move on. All under a minute → gap is open.
2. **Consistent upload volume** on the source (YouTube). Weekly releases so you never run dry.
3. **Sub-to-follower ratio.** Compare YouTube subs vs TikTok followers. FOYE 28K YT / 43K TT = TikTok already likes it, nobody's monetized it. That's the target profile.
4. **Niche fit & saturation.** Search the *topic*, not just the name. If the niche is flooded with monetized clip pages, it's harder even if this podcast is untouched. Favor niches with room.
5. **Content quality / clippability.** Skim episodes for debates, hot takes, split-opinion moments you can pull a strong title from. Numbers alone aren't enough.

### Lesson 4 — Real Example ("It's Giving")
- Found via a personal connection; vetted the same way. Page had clips up, but **all under a minute** → gap open.
- Passed: relationship/dating niche (built-in debate), consistent releases, sub-minute-only TikTok presence.
- Execution: pull clips from full episodes, cut for comment-provoking moments, **post at ≥1 min**, **titles 5–7 words framed for a split reaction** (not a hot take everyone agrees with).
- Timeline: **~3 months** from first post → CRP eligibility → first payout (Lesson 5 breaks this down as ~2 months to 10K + ramp-up).
- Now 70K+ followers, monetized, using freelance clippers to scale.

### Lesson 5 — Before You Start
CRP eligibility:
- 18+
- **100,000 video views in the last 30 days**
- **Personal account** (not business), in good standing
- Eligible country (US, UK, Germany, France, Japan, South Korea, Mexico, Brazil + a few)
- Only **videos ≥ 1 minute** count toward qualified views.

Expectations: ~2 months of daily posting to reach 10K, then ramp-up before payouts. **Run ONE page** until it's CRP-eligible and the workflow is repeatable; only then start a second. Daily consistency + refining titles based on comments is what actually gets you there.

### Lesson 6 — FAQ

## Module 2 — Ready-to-Start Pages

**How pages were selected:** each passed the Lesson 3 checklist — no existing 1-min+ clips, consistent source uploads, debate-potential niche, enough depth to clip.
- **The list moves fast** — once a few members pick a page, the gap closes. Treat as rotating live opportunities.
- **Pick, don't split** — commit to one page.
- **Refreshed regularly** — check back.
